Shipping/Returns

• Domestic shipping is included in the price of each item. An additional shipping fee will be added at checkout for orders outside of the USA.

• If your country is not listed in the drop-down menu during check-out, please inquire and I will add it if it is somewhere that I can ship to.

• All duties and tariffs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

• If an item is returned due to non-payment of duties/tariffs, the order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued less actual shipping + $5.00USD.

• If you are unhappy with the item(s) for any reason, please notify me upon receipt to initiate a return. All returns are at the purchaser’s expense and refunds will be issued less actual shipping + $5.00USD.

• Returns must be insured, and refunds will only be issued for items returned in original condition.

• If the item is damaged upon receipt, please document the damage to the packaging and notify me immediately so that I may initiate an insurance claim.
